This package deal includes:
Comprehensive eye exam
Contact lens evaluation and fit, and follow up checks as needed to finalize the prescription
And one of the following options below:
Option 1. A one year supply of spherical 1-month disposable contact lenses.*
Option 2. If a patient desires 2-week disposables he/she will receive a 6 months supply (4 boxes).**
Option 3. Patients may choose 2 boxes of one of the premium brands listed below***
Option 4. Patients may choose one pair of spherical Rigid Gas Permeable lenses or yearly soft contact lenses if desired. Bi-Toric Rigid lenses are an additional $40.
Option 5. For toric contacts for both eyes for certain brands, the package deal will be $189 for a six month supply (2 boxes) of Vertx Toric, SofLens 66 Toric, or AcuVue Advance for Astigmatism.
Some lens brands may not meet the parameters of certain prescriptions.
*On select brands of contact lenses (Frequency 55, Frequency 55 Aspheric, Choice AB, Optima FW, Sauflon, Extreme H2O, Proactive 55)

Some prescriptions may be outside the parameters of certain lens brands, and some contact lenses may not work for certain patients. Since we have no way to predict how well patients will tolerate certain brands, several brands may need to be tried before a prescription is finalized. Once ordered, the boxes of lenses cannot be exchanged for any reason, so it is necessary to be sure you are happy with the brand you pick!
*If a patient needs or desires any lenses other than what is listed, the patient must pay $109 for the eye exam and contact lens evaluation.
